Yukiko is Uppsala's beloved Sushi Queen! She was first to make high quality sushi and sashimi for us, and most argue that she still offers the best sushi in town. Yukikos Sushi - Glashuset vid slottet is a branch of her main venue in Sommarro and it is run by her son.

Why you should visit it
It is great for take out, but you can eat there as well, they have both indoor and outdoor seating. They do both regular raw fish, cooked fish and vegetarian Sushi plus Bento - Yakitori, Yakiniku, Chicken and vegetarian dumplings.
