Why locals love it

Oudegracht is the central canal in Utrecht. It stars in the southeast of the city. You can walk all along it. It has the particularity to have two "floors". On the street floor, you can find typical Dutch houses, shops, cafés, restaurants... And, on the water level, you can enjoy the terraces of restaurants.
