Sevetti-Pulmankijärvi Hiking Trail/ 60 km
Why locals love it
The Sevetti-Pulmankijärvi Hiking Trail is a 60 km wilderness trail. The southern starting point of the hiking trail is Lake Sevettijärvi, in the yard of the Skolt Sámi Traditional House. The northern starting point of the route is 20 km from Nuorgam, at the southern end of Pulmankijärvi.

Why you should visit it
There are six wilderness huts of Metsähallitus and the Silisjoki rental hut along the route. Departing from Lake Sevettijärvi, the trail first starts in a pine forest, but after Näätämöjoki, it is mainly in mixed forest and then in the fell highlands.
