Why locals love it

Vancouverites are split on loving/hating this activity, but I am adding it since I really like it ; I personally prefer it to Lynn Canyon (the "free" version). I find it to be less crowded (as it is not free), and it has more activities. The cliff walk is also pretty exciting, and you can learn lots.

Why you should visit it

If you come to/live in Vancouver, you should visit either this bridge, or the one at Lynn Canyon. If you have a bit of money to spare, I recommend this bridge over Lynn Canyon; there's quite a lot that it has to offer (many challenges within the park, shows, guided tours, affordable gift shop, ect).

Special tip

If you are a BC resident, or travelling with a BC resident, make sure they bring their BC ID! They'll get in for free for the entire season.

Also, be sure to compare Lynn Canyon to the Capilano Suspension Bridge when you are trying to decide where to go; the bridges are a must-see for locals and visitors alike (you will find both tourists and locals at both), but both have really different things to offer. There's more to do here, but you will leave with less money.
