Dunbar Theatre often plays independent, lower-budget, but quality movies. Their prices are a bit lower than major theatres, and their movie options are often very diverse. The movies are rarely sold out (unlike chain theatres).

If you want to see a movie, and none of the blockbusters are appealing to you, Dunbar Theatre is one of the best independent theatres in the city. The shows can sometimes start later at night, and this enhances your entertainment options (as many things close early).
Special tip
There are parking meters close to the theatre, but there is also free parking if you are willing to walk a bit.
