Why locals love it

Local eats, no meat. Lots of different, interesting dishes on their menu. Servers are friendly and service is quick. Perfect for date night with a vegetarian sweetheart.

$15 dollar uncorking fee so bring your own wine!

Why you should visit it

It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the wander. You should visit this restaurant if you are vegetarian/vegan and don't want to get the standard tofu bowl for dinner. It is possible you will have never tried anything on their menu before.

Special tip

Go to Ernest's Ice Cream for dessert! Located next door, they serve ice cream made in-house using local ingredients, served in mason jars.

I didn't discover this gem until recently. It is now our default "let's have a fancy dinner out" place. The food is prepared delicately. Be prepared to wait forever if you arrive at dinnertime. For me, as a vegetarian, it is worth the wait (they'll also serve you delicious cocktails/drinks while you wait).
