This bar/brewery is tucked away in a mostly residential part of East Vancouver. The prices are low, and the beer is delicious. It is also a favourite hang-out for friends in Hastings-Sunrise, and you're bound to run into someone you know if you spend enough time in the area.
Why you should visit it
Here, you can sample, or buy, some delicious - and affordable - local craft beer. The prices are usually much lower than bars or liquor stores, and the atmosphere is - like most of east Van - really relaxed. There are also usually food trucks outside.
