Why locals love it
Most travellers (at least in North America) love taking the train: we rarely get to do it, and - when we do - it is very exciting. Most Vancouverites love coffee (much like most Pacific Northwesterners). This cafe is decorated to look like a train station. And, the coffee is awesome.
Why you should visit it
This cafe was a delightful discovery for me in Vancouver, and I think most people passing through the area, looking for a coffee, would feel the same way. There's a lot of chain coffee shops close by, but why go to a chain coffee shop when you can go to an (independently owned) train coffee shop? Beautiful back patio, too.
Special tip
Closes kind of early for Vancouver coffee places -- make sure to go before dinner.
