"The Deep Cove Hike" (AKA "Quarry Rock")
Why locals love it
Locals from Vancouver love bussing, or driving, over to Deep Cove to run up the large hill; Vancouverites love nothing more than fitness, being outside, and delicious food after (food is found in the nearby Deep Cove neighbourhood). The views are awesome. Dog friendly.
Why you should visit it
While Vancouverites like to casually jog up mountains, you can elect to walk or jog up this beautiful hike. The hike itself is really lovely, and people of varying fitness levels can all generally enjoy it (unlike some of the other hikes!).
Special tip
Parking in Deep Cove is hard, but it is not impossible. Keep pushing, and you can do it. You will get a ticket if you park somewhere you shouldn't.
