The business is locally owned, the pharmacists are knowledgable, the prices are low. It's not a chain, and the staff get to know all of the regular people who come in. They're really friendly, and you're very likely to get good service.
The pharmacists are always willing to help you as much as they can with your health issue. They also have some very basic prescribing rights; so stopping by, in some cases, can prevent a trip to the walk-in clinic (they will tell you if you need to go). This can be helpful if you don't have insurance.
If you're from BC, and have forgotten a prescription at home, they might be able to offer an emerg. supply of SOME medications.
