The Myyrmäki's Water Tower, which serves the whole of Länsi-Vantaa, was completed in 1973. Its water tank has a capacity of 4,500 cubic meters and a 47-meter tower 101 meters above sea level. There is an open rock cliff around the building. In the spring the slopes are filled with flower splendor.
In winter, the hill is surrounded by a lighted main trail maintained by the city, which is connected to the extensive trail network in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
