West Vantaa's Urban Trails
Why locals love it
Urban trails are walking trails compiled on a map that showcase the history and present of neighborhoods, nature and culture, public art, architecture, and significant personalities. The aim is to describe the urban habitat in a versatile and interesting way directly on site.
Why you should visit it
Urban trails have been developed and implemented in collaboration with district associations since 2004. The project has already brought together 78 hometown trails and three hometown trails, as well as one pillar trail with a total length of 427 km. The trails consist of 2,045 significant sites in various fields in Helsinki, Espoo ja Vantaa.
