This unique museum recollects many Byzantin and Post-byzantin icons, illuminated manuscripts and sacred vestmensts embroidered in gold as well as many worth artistic and historic handicrafts. This museum was founded in 1959 and renoveted in 1999.

In the museum there are many handiwork made by famous greek iconographers as Michele Damaskinòs, Giorgio Klonzas, Emanuele Lambardos, Teodoro Pulakis, Emanuele Tzanes Bunialìs. For example "Madonna with baby Jesus", "Apostoles" and so on.
