Why locals love it
This peculiar stair rises near Campo Manin. This is a beautiful example of the Venetian architecture in a moment of transition from the gothic style to the renaissance style. The incredible result is a spiral staircase, like a snail, "bovolo" in Venetian dialect.

Why you should visit it
On the top of this peculiar spiral staircase sited into a little garden (called "corte") you can admire a wonderful sight of the roofs, the bell towers, the domes of San Marco and you can enjoy an unique view of Venice.
