You would think that Earl’s is just another franchise restaurant which you can find anywhere in BC or even USA but in a small city like Victoria, Earl’s is not like the other branches. Every branch is different and what makes the Victoria branch special is their crew. The staff is friendly and hospitable locals with "I love what I do" service.

Why you should visit it
Look for Brandon during the day and Rebecca at night. They will take care of you. If you’re a foodie then ask for Mark and he'll tell you what’s the best thing in the menu and the entire Victoria. I recommend the salmon here over other touristy overpriced restaurants. Earl’s has lots of TVs so definitely the place to watch games to start the night.
Special tip
If you’re hanging out by the bar then look for cute Petra and ask for the Keachie Peach shot. That’s a must.
