This steakhouse was opened several years ago in the then newly renovated cellar of my local grocery store. The owners stopped their grocery business in favor of serving American steaks as American as possible. Locals go there at least once a year to celebrate special occasions with their family and friends or more regularly for a glass of wine.
Well, the steaks are amazing. Each steak is grilled at the "right" temperature, which makes the waits quite long (some locals avoid it for this reason, up to 2 hours). Fill your belly on the self-made couvert pâté (Austrian "Verhackert" and "Schmalz") and enjoy the wait over a bottle of wine and a long conversation with your friends.
You must reserve a table. You can order a huge steak (e.g. 2 kilograms for 4-6 people), if you call ahead, the wait will be shorter.
