Small, cosy and delicious. Karmelitermarkt is a better place to visit than the old tourist-magnet Naschmarkt. It's not as crowded and expensive and you basically have a better, calmer experience. It's a very special place to visit all year long.

Why you should visit it
Tewa is an organic, all-natural place that mainly serves Jewish (non kosher) food and drinks. They serve lots of wines and have a nice broad variety of dishes with rather reasonable pricing. Lots of hummus-based dishes as well as warm curries with meat or vegetables.
Special tip
Caramelized Aubergines and Zucchini Burgers (vegetarian)! Try the lamb chops if you like meat!
