Tapo in Vokiečių st. 8, or as locals name it Tapkė, is a simple, cozy bar with long working hours, often visited by young artists - ir is a high chance to meet an actor/actress or a poet by a bar every evening. During the last song on weekends, after 4 PM, staff members and customers gather for the last dance on the bar itself!
