Why you should visit it
You wouldn't typically expect to see a blacksmith workshop in the middle of a modern city. In downtown Vilnius however you are able to watch iron being shaped into things like jewellery, candlestick holders, horseshoes etc. It's a great way to familiarise yourself with the old art and there's also a souvenir shop.
Special tip
Ask them to explain what the motifs mean and what Lithuanian roots they have.
