My family has lived in Warsaw for nearly 100 year. I am deeply rooted into city's history and culture. During my cooking classes I introduce tourists to Poland's most famous dish - pierogi and to the secrets of Polish liqueurs.

Description
After a short introduction that includes the origins of pierogi, we will prepare dumplings with meat and vegetarian fillings. You will get to know how to knead the dough, then you will learn various techniques of folding the dumplings and discover hacks that make them really tasty.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy a pierogi dinner, so make sure you come to the class HUNGRY:-).

We had such a blast! She was informative, casual & really knowledgeable about pierogis! She taught us her grandmothers recipe and let us put our own spin on it (I did a lentil filling with dill flavoured dough; my partner did a beef filling with a paprika flavoured dough). She taught us different techniques on how to fold the dough to give each dumpling its own personality. She taught us how to properly cook, store & recook for when we make them at home. And she also gave us a mini tasting of some local spirits (I forget what they’re called - but they were delicious and paired so nice with our pierogis)!
