During this tour we’ll take you 150 kilometres south of Warsaw to one of the most picturesque small towns in Poland, Kazimierz Dolny, which used to be an important point on the country’s trade route.
Today, it’s where many Warsaw locals spend their weekends and a favourite spot of painters, who choose to live there for its amazing landscapes and incredible beauty.
Upon arrival, we’ll visit the Old Market Square. We’ll then walk up to the Hill of Three Crosses to enjoy panoramic views of the town and the Vistula River. Afterwards, we’ll take a walk in the loess gorge; it’s a very unique experience to walk between the roots of trees!
Finally, we’ll briefly stop at a local winery where you can taste some regional wines.
If we’re lucky enough to be there on a day when a local market is taking place, you’ll have the chance to buy some local specialities and handicrafts.
