Your group will be picked up by our retro Jelcz bus, also known as Cucumber. A live on-board guide will share stories of Warsaw’s past and present. You’ll hear about the sights you pass on the way to the first stop – the almighty Palace of Culture and Science. Your guide will explain how it was constructed and why it’s a symbol of Polish communism.
Next, you’ll visit the historic heart of Warsaw. Stroll down the streets of the UNESCO-listed Old Town, see Sigismund's Column, pass the Royal Castle and listen to tales about Polish royalty.
Then, in the middle of the Old Market Place, spot the symbol of the city – the Warsaw Mermaid. Walk to the Barbican, see a fragment of the restored city wall and have a look at the birthplace of the famous scientist Marie Curie.
Afterwards, Cucumber will deliver you to Łazienki Park. Here, you’ll see a statue of Frédéric Chopin, and the Palace on the Isle – the residence of King Stanisław August Poniatowski. Learn about turbulent 18th-century Poland while admiring the architecture of this period.
Following your relaxing stroll in the “green lungs” of Warsaw, the bus will take you back to your hotel.
Please note that the price is the same for groups of 1–41 people. If you require the tour in a language other than English or Polish, we’ll need a bit of extra time to confirm the booking.
