The sandwiches changes seasonally if not daily. There are standard go-to flavors, like his italian hero, meatball sub, and chicken parm. But the fan favorites are more of those rustic-meets-innovative hybrids, like his special bahn mi's, roasted cauliflower with house pickles and paprika, and the like. Also, the chicharron and house made chips.
