If you travel to Armenia in July you have no right to skip this holiday. Vardavar is a typically Armenian pagan holiday. On this day we all get our buckets in our hands and get to the streets in search of "victims" to splash them with water. Almost all the age groups get involved in the holiday.

Why you should visit it
Just imagine you're walking in the street in the hot sun observing the architecture and a group of children runs forward to you or behind from you and pours a bucket of water on you. Or even worse never walk under the buildings you will get the chance to be watered by someone from the balcony.
Special tip
If you are a good looking lady you have no chance to get away from being watered. So keep calm and water back! :D
