Why locals love it
The center Knap organizes cultural and educational programs in the neighborhoods Peščenica and Žitnjak, but they are supporting the local street art scene over several years now with numerous graffiti jams and street art manifestations given that Peščenica was one of the first neighborhoods in Zagreb where graffiti flourished during the 1990s.

Why you should visit it
On the external walls you can find works from resident street artists and graffiti writers as Modul8, Lonac, Chez186 and Svenki, but the whole neighborhood hides many more awesome pieces scattered around its streets.
Special tip
In 2016, they published a photo book about Zagreb’s graffiti and street art scene, which can be purchased on the 2nd floor of the center.
