Now that you’ve arrived in Zagreb, you’re probably wondering what to do first. How do I see the most important sights, feel the true vibe of the city, and have a unique experience? The best way to discover and enjoy a new city is to see it through the eyes of locals, of course!

Group tour available in English
Group tour pricing from 65 EUR per person
The tour with Josipa was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, combined with a super organized tour, made for a winning combination. The perspective of coffee culture was surprising for me, as I didn't realize how deep of a role coffee plays in Croatia. Josipa made the connections between coffee and Croatian history come alive. I have travelled to many places in the world and must say that Josipa's expertise and extremely pleasant manner stand out as one of the most excellent guides I have had. I highly recommend this tour as well as any others she might give.

Highlights

Taste the best coffee in Zagreb

Learn about Croatia’s coffee culture

See the most important sights in the city centre

Experience the city like a local!

Description

I’ve created this specialised tour because drinking coffee is the most important social ritual for Croatians. When you visit Zagreb, you should experience it properly!

We’ll start with a visit to a roastery and coffee bar, where we’ll taste some of the best coffee in the city. You can choose from several different options, such as espresso, macchiato, bombon latte, decaf or organic tea.

After a coffee and a chat, we’ll head to the city centre to explore some interesting sights. I’ll share stories that have shaped the soul of Zagreb today and tell you more about the local coffee culture. Yes, we do love our coffee!

We’ll end our tour in the Upper Town on the small hill where the history of Zagreb began. Don’t worry: it’s an easy walk that can be adjusted to suit all ages and health conditions.

During the tour, I’ll share plenty of recommendations for food, events, shopping spots, and other places worth visiting in Zagreb – a city with so much to offer!
