PRIVATE Underground City Break & Plitvice lakes tour

I went on the day trip to an underground airbase the Plitvice Lakes. Visiting the underground airbase was a truly unique experience and it is not a place where tourists commonly go. The underground airbase is one of those places that you find out about, put it on your bucket list, and cross it off right away. It's not somewhere you typically think of going to but urban destination provides this opportunity so you should take advantage! The Plitvice Lakes are a more common tourist attraction but they are one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen. I am still in awe of nature's ability to form such a beautiful location! I highly recommend this day tour to the traveler who wants a wide spread rage of experiences because in just one day you will experience very different types of destinations. You will have an amazing tour guide, efficient transportation, and an experience you will be grateful for!

This was so incredibly worth it, and it was one of my favorite activities of my whole trip! Our guide, Eva, was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We spent a good amount of time at the Lakes, and had a very small group (6 of us). The trip to the Zeljava base completely exceeded my expectations. It was so interesting to see this, and it's DEFINITELY not something that I would have found or been able to get to on my own. Plus, the tour arrives back in Zagreb with plenty of time to still have a nice dinner and enjoy the evening.

We were so fortunate to get in contact with Iva, with very little notice she organised our group of two to go to an abandoned underground airbase which was so amazing. The airbase is so big half is in Croatia and the other is in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Iva has a wealth of knowledge regarding this site and tells you everything from its history to its partial demise. We then continued to Plitvice Lakes and despite the weather being gloomy, having a private tour guide certainly have us a great advantage as Iva was able to lead us through the most picturesque areas and give us all the history we needed as we went. On a large tour you never receive that level of attention. Iva also showed us little "local secrets" along the way, again something you do not see in a large tour group. Thank you again Iva, we loved spending the day with you and "Marty" . Our pictures have been loved by our family and friends and I suspect they will become customers of yours soon.
