Iva Silla provided a superb tour of Zagreb, perfect agenda about 3 hours in the Upper Town and 1 hour in the Lower Town. We hit all the tourist highlights; she also exposed several interesting features of the inner city not sited in the guide books. She addressed all questions about all issues and painted a understandable and clear picture of Zagreb under socialism, in the 90’s, and now. She was extremely accommodating. When she saw my interest in buying a commiserative coffee cup, she steered me to stores that were less expensive and had a wider selection. As she saw my hands were full of camera equipment, she immediately volunteered to carry my coffee cup. Can’t say enough about this charming young lady. If you’re in the Zagreb area, retain Iva to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness of learning and seeing Zagreb.

First - Zagreb is by far my favourite city in the world now, it beats all 'big' ones such as London, Paris, Barcelona, Berlin... I found it cosy, friendly, non-agressive towards tourists/foreigners, comforting, and sooo interesting ! It gave me the feeling I was 'at home'. Then, to make it even better, I met Iva and did the amazing Zagrebarium tour with her! I still remember almost everything she told me about - it was so vivid, so passionately told, and with just the exact amount of detail, not boring but leaving me enthusiastic about getting to know more about Croatia, its scientists and its secrets, still unveiled... I also got some chocolate as a gift!! Loved it, loved it, loved it! Thank you Iva, and this was ONLY the first time we meet, I am definitely coming to Zagreb and to do the Zagrebarium and also the Ghost tours again!
Secret Zagreb Tours - A different kind of walking tour
I did both, the Ghosts & Dragons Walking Tour as well as the Zagrebarium tour. Both were super fun and our guide Iva was funny, helpful and knowledgeable at all times. It was a very fresh and distinguishable approach from the regular kind of walking tour (the resourceful costumes of Iva alone would give the tours a certain edge). Also, top-notch customer service: when there was a substantial downpour right before the tour started, Iva did not mind rescheduling or refunding. All in all, a very pleasant experience I can definitely recommend for everyone that wants to have an informative walking tour that is slightly different than the "regular" tours.
