Why locals love it
Vegetarian food at its finest. Hiltl is always busy but cosy anyway due to a great interiour design. It has a great variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from. In my personal opinion its not only suitable for vegetarians but something for everyone.

Why you should visit it
Currently at 4 different locations all over Zurich. Some serve buffet only and others have an additional à la carte menu. Take away is a possibility aswell. Some even have a Bar or Clubbing on weekends.
Special tip
You can go spontaneous but you might have to wait for a table.
