Zurichians love their life sustainable and this joint delivers exactly that: yummy food with a seasonal touch from happy animals and organic farming. The founder, formerly a pilot, has opened a first restaurant in suburban Oerlikon in 2008 and has then expanded into the city in 2013.

Why you should visit it
Whether you want your chicken to enjoy a view before being in your soup or not, this self-serve restaurant has real healthy food: salads, soups, pasta, Müesli, yogurts and even breakfast. You can also pit stop for just a coffee or get a takeaway lemonade, made from actual lemons.
