Why locals love it?

In 2010, the small passage next to the Grand Guild building in the Old Town received an overhaul and some interesting features were added to the street. The most interesting one has to be the historical walk.

The history of Estonia is written on Tallinn's streets - literally. Head to the Börsi passage and read the overview and key dates on the city's story right off the pavement. For those not content with the bare key dates, there's also the history museum shop, with various booklets, brochures and books about Estonian history on sale.
