Oh my god - are we still in Soviet Estonia? The only thing that's changed in this cafe in the last twenty years is that the waitresses are now older. A place when my grandma feels safe.

Why you should visit it

The bartender might pick his nose while serving you. It's pretty 1979. We're sure that people who are looking for an exotic experience won't be disappointed, but bear in mind that just because this is a "Soviet cafe“, it doesn't mean Lenin's portraits are lining its walls and that all the workers are wearing red uniforms.
