The black tower or Tour Noir is situated close to Place St. Kathrine and the Katelijnskerk. It is a piece of the old middle age city wall. Nowadays it is surrounded by a hotel but nerveless it is more than 600 years old. If you want to see a piece of old Brussels without checking Grand Place you have to take a photo of this one.
