This is the perfect place for checking out the city’s pulse and the local crowds, as hipsters, creatives, corporate people and young mothers all tend to flock here to chill in the afternoon. Also a good excuse to stop for a cocktail, a lemonade or a local beer at reasonable prices (Harghita and Azuga – 7 ron) or to show off your ping-pong skills.
