We start at the Szent Gellért tér and walk a route of about 3,5 km to the North. The path leads on the side of the Gellért hill with spots to take spectacular pictures of the city, shooting the most amazing selfies with the Danube and the Pest side. I am going to tell you about the history, stories and legends of Budapest while walking.
It is a good opportunity to gain a first overview of this part of the city and the main attractions and sights. The tour takes about 1,5 to 2 hours, depending on the time you need to take photos and we finish the tour in district 1.
You will need good shoes (not necessarily hiking boots) as we are going to walk on natural grounds with rocks and humps.
We are also going to climb some stairs.
You will enjoy this tour with a low to average fitness level.
Due to the stairs and unmade path, the tour is not suitable for participants in wheelchair or trolleys.
