This place is known for Pizza Pot Pies. These pizzas are baked in the oven in bowls and flipped over at your table. You can ask for meat and/or mushrooms in the sauce – either way's amazing! The building has a gangster past as well – located across the street from the site of Capone's Valentine's Day Massacre, it may have been used as a lookout.

Why you should visit it
Travelers should visit for a unique restaurant experience with incredible food. You won't find pizza pot pies anywhere else, and there's something for everyone. It's off the beaten path, near Lincoln Park Zoo, and has lots of history (especially of the gangster variety).

Get the Mediterranean Bread! Also this place is CASH ONLY. Get there early because there's usually a wait and the place is small.
