Why locals love it
this place always has people in it, and for good reason. their pho broth is one of the more flavorful (yet not super heavy or oily) ones that i've had (and I've had a lot of pho). aside from pho, the rice dishes are amazing (pork chop with honey sausage over rice, anyone?).
Why you should visit it
i know i mentioned pho and rice dishes, but really, you should visit for the pho and papaya salad. the papaya salad is one of my husband's favorite foods ever - it comes with grilled steak strips that are perfectly charred and provide a great contrast to the sour and crunchy papaya
Special tip
share with your party! i never share pho because i can slurp like a champ, but order the papaya salad for the table. you'll thank me later.
