Tony Hu has outdone himself once again and this time in a very classy intelligent entrepreneurial way. He's got arguably one of if not the best Peking Duck Chefs brought to the United States. Some rumor has it he's been trying to convince him to come over for years for the downtown branch. He's finally here and Chicagoans cant get enough.
