My roommate Elin can be very picky when it comes to good food especially ones from China. She will proudly take you to Lao Sze Chuan but not just any of the Dry Chili Chicken famed branches but the one specifically on Michigan Avenue for the 45min prep timed Peking Duck.

Tony Hu has outdone himself once again and this time in a very classy intelligent entrepreneurial way. He's got arguably one of if not the best Peking Duck Chefs brought to the United States. Some rumor has it he's been trying to convince him to come over for years for the downtown branch. He's finally here and Chicagoans cant get enough.
