She’s probably fully booked but worth the shot if you are in town for a glitzy event, a date or any reason there is to feel tantalizing. (One doesn’t need a reason) she’s located centrally and her boutique is lovely and intimate. It feels like a personal experience. But the best part outside of the lashes is Xiya. A down to earth awesome person
