They are known as the Best King of Tacos. I never exaggerate when I write and say that these guys really have their food down. They are among dozens of other street food vendors during the Sunday Maxwell Market but they make the tastiest and freshest batch of quesadillas and tacos from scratch while you wait.
Why you should visit it
This is the closest thing to Mexican tasting tacos in North America. The taste is consistent through. This is ethnically validated by foodies and home chefs from Mexico. It is only on Sundays in the middle of a street market and you get to enjoy the street market.

Make sure you try them first there are plenty of stalls that look alike, look for the banner saying Manolo's. Say Hi to Manny and Monica the owners.
