It is the only free observation deck in Hong Kong where people can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon along Victoria Harbour. As the city does not have so much public space, people come here to take a rest and even pay for a cup of coffee.

Why you should visit it
The only place to effortlessly enjoy the great harbour view of Hong Kong, no cost and no energy is needed. If you have been to the Peak or Sky100 located on the west side of the city, the east view is also worth seeing! There is also a cafe called Public so you can take your time with a delicious coffee.
Special tip
Go to 38/F first by lift, and back to 37/F by elevator.
