I've been on masses of Segway tours (over 100) all around the world but this tour had probably the most knowledgeable guide I've had. What he didn't know about the history of Turkey and Istanbul wasn't worth knowing! It's a great way of getting around Instanbul and leaning about the history of the sights plus we went up some hills so had the most wonderful panoramic view of the city and river. I can't recommend this tour highly enough!

The Old City Tour covers best points of interest within Istanbul. It begins at Sultanahmet, from there it goes throughout Constantine's Column, one of the most prominent examples of Roman art before arriving at Beyazıt Square and Mosque. Then you head to the Şehzade Mosque, which is considered by architectural historians as Sinan's first masterpiece.

Right after seeing the famous Bozdoğan Aqueduct, you will continue to the largest mosque of Istanbul, the Suleymaniye Mosque, the mosque of Sultan Süleyman the magnificent. We will stop in Gulhane Park, which is the oldest and largest urban park in Istanbul, and we will take a break.

Then we will move throughout Hippodrome Square, which has witnessed gladiator fights, chariot/car races and many riots, Sultanahmet Mosque also known as Blue Mosque, the primary residence of Ottoman Sultans Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia, as known as Church of Holy Wisdom, which is richly and artistically decorated that Byzantine Emperor Justinian. Tour will finish at our office.
