Aiò is a cosy italian bar/restaurant located really close to Gran Via. They are real Italians from the Sardinia island and you can definitely see ( or taste) it in the food. Service is good and if you don't find a table on the main floor you can go downstairs and have the sofa and a more intimate environment.
Why you should visit it
Wonderful prices and real Italian food. On Mondays they have "Black Monday" so you can have a pizza and a beer for 10 euros. On Thursdays they have one of the most famous "aperitivos" in Madrid. So you'll pay 5 euros for a drink ( they also have Spritz) and Italian food buffet
Special tip
The aperitivo goes from 20h30 to 23h so you better arrive on time or almost around 23, otherwise you'll have to fight for your food
