Great Cocido Madrileño!!
Why locals love it
It has the Cocido Madrileño, a very typical dish in Madrid, that you can only eat in winter because at summer they stop serving it. It is a heavy dish and you´ll want to take a "siesta" after but it is amazing and very well served. For 25€ per person you can eat chickenpeas, meat of various kinds and vegetables.
Why you should visit it
They have lots os places in Madrid but my favorite is the one in Calle Cuchilleros, near the Mercado de San Miguel and Restaurante Botín. The street is beautiful as well, few cars are allowed to drive through there so you can walk and see the environment.

The cocido of course.
