Why locals love it
There are several IT offices in the neighbourhood, and programmers love reasonably priced food. Cheaper then a restaurant, tastier then a usial dining, this place is right what we needed here: most of the food they serve you will find in a usual belarusian home-made lunch. 3-course meal here will cost about 5€.

Why you should visit it
If one or another way you got to this neighbourhood and all you want is just a fine lunch, this is the one. They also serve burgers after 4pm, as well as sell alcohol. What is unusual for a plain canteen, all of the names and ingredients are dubbed in English, so you defenitely won't get lost.
Special tip
Most of the drinks you can get in the bar on the left from the entrance, if you want a breakfast or a burger, you shall also order it there.
