Marugame is a chain of Japanese fast food restaurants famous for its thick udon noodles made of wheat flour. There are six restaurants in Moscow. The original restaurant is located on Pyatnitskaya St. You can watch the noodles being made. The staff are always very polite.
Why you should visit it
You won’t just find udon noodles on the menu at Marugame – they also serve other Japanese delicacies such as nori rolls, donburi (rice-based dishes), salads and tempura (deep fried vegetables, seafood and chicken) and standard drinks like coffee, juice and beer.
Special tip
Sencha green tea is complementary. You can drink as much as you like!
