It's the most lively farmers market in town. Besides fruits, vegetables and snacks you can hear some "chorinho" right outside in the middle of the market for free! You may also find clothes, gifts and beautiful flowers.

Why you should visit it
There you can find the best fruits of season, eat some Brazilian snacks like pastel (a kind of local fast food, try the cheese one) and bolinho de bacalhau (cod fish balls) while listening to some typical music. For drinks try luizinho's caipirinhas.
Special tip
It's the perfect place to chill after a visit to Corcovado, as its just 10 minutes by walk from the railway station.
