It's a beautiful waterfall and just 15 minutes from botafogo. Perfect to go after a beach's day and clean up the salt water while enjoying the nature and the fresh air. The trail is short, about 10 minutes and requires some attention cuz there is some spots that you need to climb a little bit, but it's easy and totally worth it.

Why you should visit it
It's the most famous and local waterfall, where everybody goes to refreshing, connecting with nature, having a great time, or just run away from the crowded and super hot beaches on summer. And it's so close to the city! You can enjoy the beach in the morning and go to this waterfall after.
Special tip
You can take the 409 bus till the last stop and go walking or try a ride.
