Santa Teresa is a hidden gem in downtown. The locals just call it "Santa" and we come here to have a good beer, listen to a good samba and eat an amazing feijoada. There are a lot of artistic events on the weekend and an active night life.

Why you should visit it
Santa Teresa is a traditional neighborhood, you can notice by the old architecture and the historic tram. It's like in old times. The best carnival blocos are here too, go for Carmelitas or Céu na Terra. Santa is in the middle of a lot of different neighborhood and you can have great views from the city.

Have a beer at bar do gomes and one "pastel de feijoada" at bar do mineiro
