Why locals love it
Very casual but very good. Excellent wine list. Just a few courses but very well executed. First of all, here priority is food. Something that should be obvious in any restaurant, but is not. The rest is functional to good food and to impress you with atmosphere-related items. So, the kitchen is small and simple.

Why you should visit it
The young chef in the kitchen (a tiny woman!) and her amazing staff made us feel very much at home. The small (and apparently often changing) menu was like a guide to "what is growing around Rome right now", everything was carefully sourced and extremely well executed without being frou-frou and fussy.

An excellent wine list with natural wines from Italy and few from elsewhere in Europe
